For production, we use the technological process of cold forming, in which the material is drawn by a stationary tool. As a result, the hardness and brittleness of the material increase.

Our machine park includes, among others wire broach and three rotor straighteners with an automatic cutter (see attached photos). These machines allow to produce wire with diameters from 4.5mm to 5.8mm and lengths from 160mm to 3000mm. For production, we use wire rod in the S235JR grade with silicon content only in the range from 0.15% to 0.19% bought directly from manufacturers. This allows us to maintain high and constantly monitored wire quality. In addition, our production wires are characterized by low zinc consumption (at the level of 6-7%) in the hot-dip galvanizing process.
